Who We Are. Cotton Babies is currently a privately-owned company. Opening as an online retailer in 2002, we've grown significantly in the last 12 years. Today, we design, manufacture and distribute an intelligently designed product base. In addition, Cotton Babies operates a growing chain of retail stores alongside a significant online retail endeavor. What We Do.
