Sitz Bath by Birds & Bees

Recommended Use: Soak in sitz bath 1-3 times a day after giving birth for 2 weeks. Place a handful (about 1/3 cup) into a quart of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add liquid to warm water bath tub or shallow sitz bath bowl. Do not over-dilute in a full bathtub. 

Ingredients: Epsom salt, marshmallow root, witch hazel bark, uva ursi leaf, yarrow leaf, chamomile flower, lavender flower, chickweed leaf, calendula flower.
